Kelley Roll-Offs – Rental Terms & Conditions

By booking a dumpster rental with Kelley Roll-Offs, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Payment & Card on File
Payment is due in full at the time of booking.
By completing the booking, the customer authorizes Kelley Roll-Offs to keep the payment method on file, where available, and to charge that payment method for additional amounts permitted under these Terms & Conditions.
These additional charges may include:
Excess weight charges
Additional rental days
Overfilled or unsafe container fees
Prohibited-material charges
Additional disposal or handling fees
Failed delivery or pickup attempts
Other applicable charges specifically described in these terms
Rental Period
The standard dumpster rental includes up to 5 days, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
Additional rental time is charged at $10 per day and may be charged to the payment method on file.
Any extension is subject to availability.
Dumpster Pricing & Included Weight
12-Yard Dumpster
Rental price: $200
Includes up to 1 ton
Additional weight: $50 per ton
14-Yard Dumpster
Rental price: $250
Includes up to 1.5 tons
Additional weight: $50 per ton
16-Yard Dumpster
Rental price: $300
Includes up to 2 tons
Additional weight: $50 per ton
Final weight may be determined using a landfill or transfer-station scale ticket.
The customer authorizes Kelley Roll-Offs to charge applicable weight overages to the payment method on file after disposal.
Loading Limit & Overfilled Containers
All materials must remain at or below the top rails of the dumpster.
Materials may not:
Extend above the top of the container
Hang over the sides
Protrude from the dumpster
Prevent the container from being safely transported
An overfilled or improperly loaded dumpster may be subject to a minimum $75 overfill or unsafe-load fee.
Payment of an overfill fee does not require Kelley Roll-Offs to transport an unsafe load.
If the dumpster cannot be safely or legally transported, it may remain at the customer’s location until the load is corrected.
The customer is responsible for any additional labor, equipment, disposal costs, return trips, or other reasonable expenses necessary to make the dumpster safe for transportation.
Prohibited & Heavy Materials
Hazardous or prohibited materials may not be placed in the dumpster.
These include, but are not limited to:
Hazardous chemicals
Asbestos
Wet paint
Liquids
Propane tanks
Batteries
Materials prohibited by the disposal facility
Materials prohibited by applicable law
Dirt, concrete, brick, block, rock, and other extremely heavy materials are not permitted unless specifically approved by Kelley Roll-Offs before loading.
Tires, mattresses, appliances, and other items carrying special disposal fees may result in additional charges.
The customer is responsible for any applicable disposal fees associated with these items.
If prohibited materials are discovered, the customer is responsible for any additional disposal, handling, cleanup, rejection, or return costs.
Delivery & Pickup Access
The customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the requested delivery and pickup location.
The area must be free from conditions that may prevent safe access, including:
Vehicles blocking access
Locked gates
Low-hanging wires
Low branches
Snow or ice conditions preventing safe access
Other obstructions
If Kelley Roll-Offs arrives and cannot safely complete a scheduled delivery or pickup because of conditions within the customer’s control, a $75 dry-run or failed-trip fee may be charged.
If another trip is required, the customer may also be responsible for an additional trip charge.
Driveways & Property
Kelley Roll-Offs will use reasonable care when delivering and removing dumpsters.
However, the customer is responsible for selecting and approving the requested placement location.
The customer acknowledges that dumpsters and delivery vehicles are heavy and may damage surfaces or property, including:
Asphalt
Concrete
Gravel
Lawns
Landscaping
Underground utilities
Septic systems
Other surfaces or structures
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the requested placement area can safely support the dumpster and delivery equipment.
Kelley Roll-Offs is not responsible for damage resulting from unsuitable ground or placement conditions, except to the extent caused by the negligence of Kelley Roll-Offs.
Moving or Relocating the Dumpster
Customers may not move, drag, push, tow, or otherwise relocate a dumpster after it has been placed without prior approval from Kelley Roll-Offs.
The customer may be responsible for damage to the dumpster, property, or equipment resulting from unauthorized movement.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
Any remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
Once Kelley Roll-Offs has dispatched for delivery or delivered the dumpster, the rental charge is non-refundable.
Rescheduling may be permitted without a cancellation fee at the discretion of Kelley Roll-Offs and is subject to availability.
Additional Charges & Authorization
By accepting these Terms & Conditions and completing the booking, the customer authorizes Kelley Roll-Offs to charge the payment method or card on file for applicable additional charges resulting from the rental.
These charges may include:
Excess weight charges
Additional rental days
$75 minimum overfill or unsafe-load fees
$75 dry-run or failed-trip fees
Special-item disposal fees
Prohibited-material disposal fees
Additional landfill or disposal charges resulting from the customer’s materials
Reasonable labor or equipment costs required to correct an unsafe load
Other additional charges specifically authorized by the customer
Kelley Roll-Offs will provide reasonable documentation of additional charges upon request, including disposal scale tickets when applicable.
Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for:
Providing accurate booking and delivery information
Choosing the correct dumpster size
Ensuring safe access to the delivery and pickup location
Loading the dumpster safely
Keeping materials below the top rails
Avoiding prohibited materials
Protecting the dumpster from unauthorized movement or misuse
Ensuring the placement area is suitable for heavy equipment
Paying applicable rental, weight, disposal, extension, and additional fees
Customer Acceptance
By checking the Terms & Conditions box and completing the booking, the customer confirms that they have read, understand, and agree to these Rental Terms & Conditions.
The customer also agrees to the additional-charge authorization described above.
